Our goal at ARB during the summer is to provide an opportunity for students to focus on developing their technique and artistry. The intensity of training everyday allows students to gain flexibility, strength and develop proper “muscle memory”. Students often make significant progress during the summer session.
At ARB students will be working hard each and every day. Classes begin with stretch and conditioning, followed by classes in Ballet and Pointe, followed by lunch. Afternoons are a rotation of classes such as Variations, Repertoire, Jazz, Modern, Character and Pilates.
